November in Pereira typically brings mild, spring-like temperatures and some rainfall. Daytime highs often range in the mid-70s to low-80s Fahrenheit (around 24–27°C), while nights cool off to the mid-60s (approximately 17–19°C). Although rain showers can be common, they are usually brief (although sometimes intense). For those exploring the region during the day, we recommend always bringing an umbrella. For night activities, we would recommend bringing a light jacket and an umbrella.

Pereira is considered safe for tourists and locals alike. The easy going / country vibes of the Eje generally yield much calmer surroundings than larger cities like Bogota or New York. That said, no city is completely free of risk. Whether you are in Pereira, Paris, or Baghdad, we recommend always being vigilant in tourist areas, avoiding poorly lit neighborhoods at night, and always using reputable transportation. If you practice the same level of vigilance you would in other urban destinations, you’ll find Pereira to be a welcoming and enjoyable place to visit. If you have any questions about it, we are always available to talk it through.
